Christianity & Liberalism   http://www.biblebelievers.com/machen/
This book, first published in 1923, is a classic treatment of the age old controversy between Orthodox Christianity and Theological Liberalism. Machen contrasts the errors of liberalism with the basic foundational truths of Biblical Christianity such as: Doctrine, God and man, the Bible, Christ, Salvation, and the Church. Machen's book is scriptural, thought-provoking, well-reasoned, and relevant today. Your faith in the Bible and its basic doctrines will be strengthened. It is worth your time to read this important book. This book is in the public domain.

ORGANIZATIONS

The Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals:  http://www.alliancenet.org/
The Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals exists to call the twenty-first century church to a reformation that recovers clarity and conviction about the great evangelical truths of the gospel and that then seeks to proclaim these truths powerfully in our contemporary context.

The Reformation Society of the Twin Cities:   http://www.reformationsociety-tc.org/
The Reformation Society is affiliated with Reformation Societies International, which is a ministry of the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals. The Alliance is a broad coalition of evangelical Christian leaders from a number of different denominations, including Baptist, Independent, Lutheran, Presbyterian, and Reformed. [Its] purpose is to call the church, amidst our dying culture, to repent of its worldliness, to recover and confess the truth of God's Word as did the Reformers, and to see that truth embodied in doctrine, worship, and life.
